Royal Empire FZE LLC (we, us, our) operates the REEX VPN mobile application (App), including Android package com.royalempirellc.vpnapp.

No deep packet inspection:

• We do not perform deep packet inspection of your VPN traffic.

We use limited technical data to:

• Provide VPN connectivity.
• Maintain server stability and quality.
• Troubleshoot crashes and technical issues.
• Detect abuse, fraud, and security incidents.

3. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell personal data.

We may share limited technical data only when necessary with:

• Infrastructure and hosting providers that operate VPN and network services.
• Analytics/crash and performance service providers, if used for app stability.

Third-party VPN infrastructure:

• REEX VPN uses third-party VPN infrastructure providers (including OneConnect-related infrastructure) to route encrypted traffic.
• Those providers may process limited technical data necessary to establish and maintain VPN sessions.

4. Data Retention

We retain data only for limited periods:

• VPN connection metadata: up to 30 days.
• Crash and diagnostic logs: up to 90 days.
• Security and abuse-prevention logs: up to 90 days.
• Data required by law: retained only as required by applicable law.

After retention periods expire, data is deleted or anonymized.

Data Deletion Requests

Users may request deletion of eligible data associated with REEX VPN by contacting us at support@royalempirellc.com.

When submitting a deletion request, users should include sufficient information to help us identify and verify the request. We may request additional information where necessary to confirm the requester’s identity and protect user privacy and security.

Where legally permitted and technically feasible, we will delete eligible data associated with the verified request. Certain data may be retained where necessary for:

• Legal compliance
• Fraud prevention
• Security and abuse prevention
• Dispute resolution
• Enforcement of legal rights

We aim to respond to verified deletion requests within 30 days.
