These Terms & Conditions govern your use of REEX VPN (App), operated by Royal Empire FZE LLC, Sharjah, UAE.

By downloading, installing, or using REEX VPN, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Service Description

REEX VPN provides virtual private network services intended to improve connection privacy and security. Service is provided using our systems and third-party infrastructure providers.

We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted availability.
• Access to every website, app, or online service.
• Availability in all countries or networks.
• Bypass of all network restrictions.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least the legal age in your jurisdiction to use REEX VPN. By using the App, you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use REEX VPN for:

• Illegal activity.
• Copyright infringement or piracy.
• Malware distribution, spam, or harmful content.
• Unauthorized access to systems or networks.
• Violations of applicable law or regulation.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

4. Privacy and Data Use

Your use of REEX VPN is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We use a minimal-data approach and do not sell personal data.

5. Third-Party Services

REEX VPN depends on third-party providers for parts of VPN infrastructure and related operations. We are not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, or independent service failures.

6. Service Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue part or all of the service at any time, with or without notice, for maintenance, legal, operational, or security reasons.

7. Security Disclaimer

REEX VPN improves transport privacy but does not guarantee complete anonymity or complete protection against all cyber risks. You remain responsible for your own online conduct and endpoint security.

8. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in REEX VPN, including software, branding, and content, remain with Royal Empire FZE LLC or licensors.

You may not:

• Copy, redistribute, or sublicense the App except as permitted by law.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where legally permitted.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately for Terms violations, abuse, fraud, security risk, or legal requirements. You may stop using the App at any time.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

REEX VPN is provided on an as-is and as-available basis, to the maximum extent permitted by law, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Royal Empire FZE LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or business interruption arising from use of REEX VPN.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Royal Empire FZE LLC and its affiliates from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your misuse of the service or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Sharjah, unless mandatory local consumer law applies otherwise.

Any dispute arising from these Terms will be subject to the competent courts of Sharjah, UAE, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms are posted on our website and/or in the App. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
